Starting in the Spring 2009 season, HCSC will switch to a new pay system for referee pay.  The new system will work very much like the system in place used for Sunday Adult Soccer games.  Referee's will be paid by check, on a 1-2 week basis; Cash will no longer be paid at the field during the day.  To ensure that you are paid for the games you work you will need to fill in a simple game report and send to HCSC.  We will verify the game information and record the event, afterwards when it comes time to process referee pay a check will be produced and sent to you.  Links to the game report and other materials will be provided here soon.

Fall 2009:

Just a reminder to all of our referees that we will be continuing our system of paying by check and game reports are required to ensure prompt and correct payment of game fees.   A filled out W9 form is also required and the lack of one could impact your ability to work games.  Please send in the completed w9 form, which you can download here, as soon as possible if you have not already done so.

Fall 2010:

FYSA is working on implementing a system for game reports.  When we receive information it will be posted here.  Until such time however, we will continue to use the existing system.
